Prof. Yang Xiang, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia

Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand, Distinguished Fellow of Engineering New Zealand

Professor Yang Xiang received his PhD in Computer Science from Deakin University, Australia. He is currently a full professor and the Dean of Digital Research & Innovation Capability Platform, Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. His research interests include cyber security, which covers network and system security, data analytics, distributed systems, and networking. He is also leading the Blockchain initiatives at Swinburne. In the past 20 years, he has been working in the broad area of cyber security, which covers network and system security, AI, data analytics, and networking. He has published more than 300 research papers in many international journals and conferences. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Springer Briefs on Cyber Security Systems and Networks. He serves as the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and ACM Computing Surveys. He served as the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Computers and IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems. He is the Coordinator, Asia for IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Distributed Processing (TCDP). He is a Fellow of the IEEE.




Prof. Jin Li, Guangzhou University, China

Dr. Li Jin, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Dean/Director of the Science and Technology Department of Guangzhou University, and Executive Dean of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute. The main research areas are artificial intelligence security, privacy computing, and blockchain. Served as the Director of Guangdong Big Data Security and Privacy Protection Engineering Center, Director of the Key Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence Security of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, and Member of the Academic Committee of Guangzhou University. I have served as a review expert for key general project meetings of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology multiple times. Served as the editor in chief of the International Journal of Intelligent Systems, a C-class key journal recommended by CCF, as well as the deputy editor in chief of multiple top journals such as IEEE TDSC and the chairman of several internationally renowned conferences. I have published over 30 papers in top journals such as USENIX Security, INFOCOM, and SIGMOD, as well as TKDE, TDSC, TIFS, and TPDS. I have also published 5 conference proceedings and journals, and have been cited more than 15000 times by Google Scholar. I have been selected as a highly cited scholar globally, and multiple papers have won the Best Paper Award at international academic conferences..

Prof.Jiguo Yu, Qilu University of Technology, China, China

IEEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow, doctoral supervisor; Dean of Big Data Research Institute of Qilu University of Technology, Vice chairman of Shandong Big Data Research Association, Executive director of Shandong Computer Society, member of CCF Internet of Things Committee; Journal of Network and Computer Applications (Elsevier, JCR Region 1), International Journal of Sensor Networks (IJSNet) (Inderscience), Internet of Things-Engineering Cyber Physical Editorial member, Human Systems. In the past 5 years, he has presided over 1 national key research and development project, 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, and 1 major basic project of Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province; More than 100 papers have been published in well-known academic journals and international conferences in the field of computer, and more than 80 papers have been included in SCI, including CCF class A journals Proc.IEEE, IEEE/ACM ToN, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMC, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TMC, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TKDE. Prof. Yang Lv, Beijing Technology and Business University, China

He is a World-class scientists (2019-2024), Stanford University ranks the top 2% of most-cited scientists worldwide in 22 major disciplines and 176 subfields. Specific rankings: 89382/204643 (lifetime), 3937/210198 (2023). Operations Management and Decision Science (single subject) Ranked first among domestic scholars (13/27923).   

He is a  ESI Highly Cited Scholar (2019-2024), The eight articles are about artificial intelligence (2), blockchain technology (2), 6G communication (1), IoT security (2), and Industry 4.0 (1). He is aslo an IEEE Senior Member, Google Scholar (2017-2024) has more than 8,000 citations (as of July 2024), Since 2020, the total number of citations has exceeded 1,000 every year. More than 20 papers have been published, of which 13 are included in SCI and 7 are included in SSCI. Half of the articles are top journals in management science and engineering related fields and ranked by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Participated in the review of more than 50 international high-level publications, with a total of more than 1,500 reviews
